What were the freezing experiments? In 1941 the Luftwaffe (an Air Force branch of Germany) conducted experiments, these experiments were meant to prevent and cure Hypothermia. The subjects of these experiments had to endure a tank of ice for up to five hours. In other experiments, the Nazis would lay prisoners out in the open air naked with temperatures as low as -6 degrees Celsius (21 degrees f). About 100 people died from these experiments. This kind of study wasn't only tested on the Jewish people, but also prisoners. These experiments were a way of punishment for whatever reason the prisoners were in jail. In my opinion no person should endure this kind of pain or punishment, no matter what the individual ever did in his or her lifetime. Here is a video to show you further detail on the Holocaust experiments.
